Witam. Nazywam się Przemysław Wiśniewski, jestem członkiem koła poznańskiego Zielonych 2004. W dniach 3-4 marca 2010 roku odbędzie się w Poznaniu międzynarodowa konferencja Europejskiej Partii Zielonych/Grupy Zielonych w Parlamencie Europejskim, w której organizacji mam przyjemność uczestniczyć. Konferencja będzie poświęcona licznym sprawom leżącym w obszarze naszego zainteresowania, w tym między innymi kwestiom bezpieczeństwa energetycznego, integracji europejskiej, polityce wschodniej UE z perspektywy Zielonych. Będzie również odrębny blok poświęcony Zielonemu Nowemu Ładowi w Polsce. Wśród gości konferencji znajdzie się około 80 zielonych oraz nie-zielonych polityków i polityczek z kilku krajów (m.in. Daniel Cohn-Benditt, Rebeca Harms, Danuta Hubner, Jerzy Buzek), liczne grono studentów m. in. z Niemiec i Francji, oraz - oczywiście - liczne grono polskich panelistów oraz słuchaczy z grupy członków i sympatyków partii.
W imieniu organizatorów oraz władz krajowych partii chciałbym zaprosić do uczestnictwa w rzeczonej konferencji. Jej plan merytoryczny zostanie ujawniony w kolejnym tygodniu (poniżej wstępne informacje po angielsku, które mogą ulec zmianie). Warto jednak już teraz zastanowić się nad udziałem w spotkaniu, które jest ważne również dlatego, że stanowi okazję do dużego spotkania członków i sympatyków partii. Gonią również terminy - budżet nie jest nieograniczony, miejsca noclegowe nie będą trzymane w nieskończoność.
Bardzo więc proszę o rozpropagowanie zaproszenia oraz wysłanie wstępnych potwierdzeń uczestnictwa w konferencji (ostateczne potwierdzenia powinny spłynąć do połowy lutego na adres przemyslaw.wisniewski[at]zieloni2004.pl) proszę o wskazanie czy: potrzebny będzie zwrot kosztów dojazdu (pociągi drugiej klasy, z wyjątkiem EuroCity i InterCity) oraz czy potrzebny będzie nocleg (możemy go zarezerwować oraz pokryć do 80% jego kosztów w wybranych hostelach i hotelach). Pierwszeństwo w pokryciu kosztów mają należący do Zielonych studenci oraz osoby bezrobotne, niemniej dofinansowanie uda się najpewniej rozszerzyć o osoby spoza tych grup.
Konferencja rozpoczyna się w czwartek 3 marca o godzinie 17.00. Wieczorem będzie miała miejsce integracyjna impreza. Piątkowe sesje rozpoczynają się o godz. 9.00, kończą zaś o 17.00. Zwrot kosztów noclegu obejmuje również noc z piątku na sobotę. Jest więc niepowtarzalna okazja by w piątkowy wieczór lub sobotnie przedpołudnie zorganizować szerokie spotkanie polskich Zielonych. Mam nadzieję, że pretekst do przyjazdu do Poznania jest wystarczający.

Europe in transformation: An international Greens/EFA Conference in Poznań

PRESENTATION OF THE EVENT
After 20 years of freedom and democracy and six years as member of the European Union, Poland is preparing to take up the rotating presidency of the EU in the second half of 2011. Yet, despite the ongoing process of reunification of Europe, the road to an ever closer Union is still winding, and gaps between our societies are still to be bridged.
At our conference in Poznan, which is also meant to prepare our next summer university in autumn 2011 in Frankfurt/Oder and Slubice, we want to discuss what we achieved so far in the attempt to build an "ever closer Union" and which perspectives prevail in a country like Poland on the multiple challenges that the European Union is facing; this concerns cultural and political, but also economic, social and environmental issues.
On 3 & 4 March 2011, the Green Group in the European Parliament and the European Green Party are delighted to invite you to the conference "Europe in transformation: how to best face political and economic challenges in times of globalisation".
The event will take place in the premises of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan / Poland.
